Mayors Mini Golf

On December 7th, Rob's Guitar School was invited to perform during an event hosted by the town of Newton know as “Mayors Mini Golf”. During the event, families play a round of mini golf throughout Newton City Hall while musicians perform in the War Memorial Auditorium. One of our students, Shiamak Acharji performed 3 songs in an amazing solo performance (one of our teachers, Liam, was accompanying on bass guitar, but Shiamak was our only student!). He played, Hotel California, So what, and Crazy Train. We asked Shiamak for his thoughts on the experience and he wrote us a short Haiku to express what playing was like:
Guitar on the stage
Joyfully playing some songs
It was amazing!!
We are so proud of Shiamak for performing!
We will be offering many more performance opportunities in the
future and we would love to have as many students join
us as possible!
